Not just a jazz club, Steamers Jazz Club and
Cafe is a full service, “all ages welcome”, restaurant offering reasonably
priced food and drink, eighteen hours a day, seven days a week. Hot, hearty
entrées includes hefty portions of lasagna, other pasta specials, and Thai curry
dishes. Steamers’ Paninis, delicious hot treats made from focaccia bread stuffed
with a choice of cheeses, meats and vegetables, are seasoned and grilled to
perfection. Steaming bowls of freshly simmered gumbo are available, as well as
the Chef’s soup d’jour. Several meal-sized  salads are on the menu, each piled
high on the freshest romaine and/or spring greens. For smaller appetites, there
are individual gourmet pizzas, including choices topped with barbequed chicken,
Italian sausage and peppers, and chicken pesto, plus unique pizzas of the day.
And, a favorite on Steamers’ appetizer menu if freshly made hummus with toasted
pita bread. Traditional deli sandwiches are also available for lunch and dinner.
For dessert, there are flavored cheesecakes, bundt cakes and other confections.
Steamers’ beverage service includes cocktails made from premium liquors, dozens
of fine wines by the glass or bottle, and bottled beers. Available throughout
the day is a wide array of international and flavored coffees and espresso
drinks, plus ice-cold soft drinks including sodas, tropical iced tea, fruit
drinks and sparkling bottled waters. Hours of operation are 7a-1am Sunday
through Thursday and until 2am on Friday and Saturday. We serve food/beverage
